1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item has not been worn, altered, or damaged
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return your item:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service via email at returns@Desilink .pk or call +92 300 1234567
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  • Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely with original packaging and include the RA number
  • Step 5: Ship the item to our return address provided in the instructions

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are determined as follows:

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size Exchange: Customer pays return shipping; we cover exchange shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs. 5,000.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item
  • If the exchange item has a higher price, you'll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item has a lower price, we'll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping costs for defective items

8. Warranty Claims

Desilink products come with manufacturer warranties:

  • Smartwatches & Fitness Trackers: 1-2 year manufacturer warranty
  • Accessories: 6-12 month warranty
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear
  • For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase

9. Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion:

  • Late returns may incur a restocking fee of 15-25%
  • Store credit may be offered instead of a refund
  • Items must still be in original, unworn condition

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • After Shipping: Return the item following our return policy
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email
