1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
- Step 4: Pack the item securely with original packaging and include the RA number
- Step 5: Ship the item to our return address provided in the instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are determined as follows:
- Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Size Exchange: Customer pays return shipping; we cover exchange shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs. 5,000.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item
- If the exchange item has a higher price, you'll need to pay the difference

- Smartwatches & Fitness Trackers: 1-2 year manufacturer warranty
- Accessories: 6-12 month warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear
- For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase
9. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion:
- Late returns may incur a restocking fee of 15-25%
- Store credit may be offered instead of a refund
- Items must still be in original, unworn condition
